Business Process Lead, Order to Delivery

We are looking for a Business Process Lead (BPL) who, as the main point of contact for project activities in their area, will lead all the business process deliverables related to their area. As a result, you will be the business process expert, with a focus on how these processes are managed in the system and how they affect our capabilities. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization’s transformation. You’ll participate in strategic projects while enabling the business to reach its goals in the context of rapid and intense system changes. You’ll be reporting to the manager transformation-planning and order management.
**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Leverage teamwork and promote collaboration between consultants, project teams and business representatives toward a single common goal.
Conduct business requirements gathering, assess needs, impacts and gaps.
Lead activities related to solution requirements; document decisions and ensure processes are also documented, including training material. Manage stakeholders; be an ambassador and a change agent.
Lead governance and create reports for upper management on project status and risks; manage resolution of said risks. Track the status of deliverables and provide updates.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the business and its impacts on other business units.
