- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and variances.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of inventory management systems.
- Manage all inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good condition.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and making suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders & invoices when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software or systems.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
