**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory levels.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Manage and complete regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and ensure inbound receiving is accurate and reflective in the system.
- Managing RM’s into and out of Production, keeping Production up to date and accurate.
- Reviewing BOM’s ensuring accuracy.
- Requesting timely adjustments on inventory if discrepancies are found. Investigating and finding root cause of inventory discrepancies.
- Entering data into the computer system and generating reports.

**2. Production Integration**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless coordination between manufacturing processes and inventory needs.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust inventory plans accordingly.

**3. Data Analysis**:

- Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate inventory trends, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Generate regular reports on inventory performance for management review.

**4. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and prevent inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the inventory control system.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.

**6. Technology Utilization**:

- Proficiently use inventory management software and other relevant tools to optimize inventory processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance inventory control systems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
.Proven experience in inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

.In-depth knowledge of production processes and their impact on inventory.

.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.

.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

.Familiarity with inventory management software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

**Job Type**:

- Full Time
- Permanent

**Schedule**:

- 8 hours -- 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
- Possible Overtime

**Additional Pay and Benefits**:
