As our inventory control coordinator, you will split your time between the duties of warehouse clerk and inventory control. This key role reports to the Supply Chain Specialist
- Cold Chain, and is located at TempAid’s office in Mississauga, Ontario, and offers excellent opportunity for career growth and personal development.

**JOB SUMMARY**

In this role, you will contribute to two key elements of our business. There will be some overlap between the warehouse and inventory control work, and prioritization will depend on the needs of the business.

**Inventory Control**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and oversee cycle counting programs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
- Update and manage product information, including descriptions, quantities, and locations.
- Work closely with the purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs and manage stock levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Identify and implement best practices and opportunities for improving inventory processes and procedures.

**Warehouse**:

- Operate Raymond Reach/Forklift trucks to move and store products.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Pick and pack product according to orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, and a desire to develop your career and move forward in warehouse management, operations, and/or supply chain management.
- Certified to operate a Raymond Reach truck and Forklift.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP system (Microsoft Dynamix/Business Central is an asset)
- Excellent spoken and written English
