We are an established orthodontic practice in Westmount. We are looking for a motivated, versatile, articulate and detail-oriented person with exceptional customer service skills and a thirst for learning to fill our Financial Coordinator position

This position is an extended representation of our doctor and practice. The primary responsibility of this individual is managing the accounts receivable of the practice.

Financial Coordinator Responsibilities:

- Ensuring that patient accounts are kept up-to-date;
- Financial contracts are signed for all active patients in treatment;
- Monthly predetermined amounts are deposited in the bank and patient’s ledger account is adjusted accordingly;
- Daily deposit sheet accurately reflects daily income;
- Answering general inquiries from patients, parents and referring offices.

Please note that experience in the field of dentistry or orthodontics is not necessary. If you love customer service, basic accounting and connecting with people, we would love to meet you.
