Sales & Distribution Co-ordinator

Manage sales listings to Ontario Cannabis Store & All Provinces
- Manage distribution and shipment scheduling to warehouse
- Comply with and lead on internal SOPs and procedures for regulatory compliance
- Assist in sku management to provincial boards
- Maintain documents, records, and tracking reports for provincial distribution skus, sales, deliveries, customer feedback
- Visit local dispensaries to encourage purchase of our skus and obtain feedback on product quality
- Manage OCS Supplier Manual requirements with checklists, uploading appropriate document on platforms, communicating inventory and replenishment quantities, etc.
- Manage and collect all provincial listing documents (ex. GS1 images, barcodes, specification forms, etc.)
- Head demand and forecast planning initiatives, coordinating with each department quantities, replenishment POs, product specifications, release dates for all in house brands
- Represent our company in OCS presentations, seminars and calls
- Co-ordinate and communicate with various OCS teams for applicable topics
- Maintain data on packaging dates, shipment schedules, palletization standards and assist in the release process
- Communicate weekly sales reports with all in-house brands, give internal brands feedback and support on inventory cycles, sales cycles, upcoming launches, etc.
- Communicate with LPs for B2B sales of cannabis
- Liaise with provincial boards and reps to pitch all in house brands
- Update provincial sales trackers reporting sales & excise to finance
- Update inventory transfers in ERP as necessary
- Other duties as required
