**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, as the **Warranty Coordinator** you will validate warranty service requests and coordinate repairs. You also manage record keeping systems and act as the conduit between homeowners and trades.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing and monitoring service requests on a weekly basis to ensure requests are processed and completed in a timely manner.
- Validating and determining warrantable requests to coordinate repairs accordingly. Following up on work orders and processing invoices on a bi-weekly basis.
- Monitor warranty expiry and send reminders to homeowners prior to expiration date.
- Establishing, monitoring and managing project schedules, budgets, securities and cash flows.
- Planning and managing construction and regulatory implementation program.
- Responding to inquiries or concerns from homeowners or other departments in a professional and efficient manner.
- Organized; you effectively manage your time while balancing multiple priorities.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).

**Preferred Requirements**
- Prior working experience in residential home building construction industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is an asset.

**Working Conditions**

You will work primarily in an office setting during regular business hours. Overtime may occasionally be required.
