The successful applicant should have the following qualifications with positive personal attributes. A self-starter able to multitask and work on own under direction of a Board of Directors. This is for a very busy, not for profit, private sector seniors’ activity Centre.
- Daily general office routines including handling cash and float set ups
- Fluent with computer operations
- Fluent in Sage Pro 50 or similar accounting package or experience
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point)
- Adobe Photoshop or other similar software
- Operating various office equipment such as multiline phone system, printer, photocopier, scanner, fax, labeler etc.
- Facebook & website management

Full time, 35 hours per week. Wage based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Bay, ON P1B 8M6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
