BeOne is a comprehensive, all-in-one platform solution designed to empower our clients in managing every aspect of their customer interactions. Our platform seamlessly integrates customer activations, plan changes, suspensions, terminations, invoicing, payments, reporting, audit logs, and employee access levels—all under one roof. We are seeking talented, outgoing, and enthusiastic developers to join our innovative team and help us build exciting new solutions for our prospective clients.
- Attend industry events to represent BeOne and communicate our BSS platform’s technical capabilities
- Develop new sales channels and manage partner accounts from initial contact to agreement finalization
- Onboard and train partners to ensure successful usage of the platform
- Collaborate with project managers and the IT team to create tailored solutions for partners
- Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude, handling rejection with resilience
- Travel as needed for business development and client meetings
**Required Skills**:
- Beneficial experience in SaaS companies or start-ups
- Strong understanding of technical complexities, especially with databases
- Tech-savvy with the ability to simplify and explain complex information
- Proven ability to develop new sales contact channels
- Excellent negotiation and agreement finalization skills
- Experience in onboarding and training partners
- Ability to ensure partners' successful usage of the platform
- Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with project managers and the IT team
- Positive attitude and resilience in face of rejection
- Willingness to travel
- Multi-language proficiency and a tech background are bonuses
- Strong Communication skill
