**THE JOB**

If you’re a self-driven, detail-oriented individual looking to start your career in Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant position with Hy-Tech Drilling could be the perfect opportunity for you We’re currently seeking an HR Assistant to help deliver an efficient, integrative, and positive recruitment and onboarding experience, while also supporting administrative duties within the HR department. This is an exciting opportunity to start a fast-paced, entry-level Human Resources role with an industry-leading company.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provides support at recruitment events.
- Coordinates pre-employment assessments.
- Prepares offer letters and required paperwork.
- Processes hiring packages into the company payroll system, track associated documents, and forward relevant documents to Payroll.
- Monitors and tracks referral policy/eligibility.
- Assists with management of Hy-Tech’s social media accounts.

**THE SETTING**

This position is based out of the branch location in Saskatoon, SK. Office work environment with some travel required.

**THE SCHEDULE**
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, corresponding with hours of work required in the branch location.
- There will also be some requirement to be available after hours and on weekends during busy times.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Experience in an administrative environment with a strong interpersonal focus.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in a Human Resources related discipline is considered an asset.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and database software.
- Professionalism and high-quality standards.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and provide a current Drivers Abstract annually.
