**Job Description**:
En tant qu'analyste en systèmes et procédés administratifs, vous assurez le support aux opérations, le pilotage des systèmes de la direction et la réalisation de l’intégration aux systèmes et procédés de l’approvisionnement et de l’inventaire. Vous assurez le support des usagers dans la résolution de problématiques et l’amélioration de processus. Vous analysez les situations particulières et recommandez des solutions appropriées lors de développement et de suivi de projets ayant un impact sur les opérations de la direction principale.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Participer au support des opérations courantes et analyser des situations particulières et besoins, recommander des solutions appropriées et participer à la mise en place de ces solutions- Assurer le lien entre les opérations et l’équipe de pilotage afin d’élaborer les changements requis au système à la suite des changements de procédures ou de travaux d’amélioration continue- Planifier, organiser et apporter un support à l’équipe de pilotage au niveau des tests pour les systèmes de la direction principale- Participer à l’élaboration, au suivi, à la révision et à la mise à jour des politiques, processus d’affaires, procédures et directives requises par la direction et suggérer des moyens d’améliorer l’efficacité et la rentabilité des opérations de l’organisation
Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en administration, spécialisation en systèmes d’information ou une discipline connexe et pertinente- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans la réalisation de projets informationnels et transactionnels et dans les opérations d’approvisionnement. Toute expérience pertinente sera considérée.- Connaissance du module Workday d'approvisionnement et inventaire (un atout)- Avoir une bonne connaissance d’Excel- Maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
