As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be one of the first contact points for all new team members. You will handle all aspects of People & Culture coordination activities.

**Schedule**: Full-Time; 5 days per week on-site

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct reference checks and initiate criminal history checks
- Provide support, as needed, for career fairs and recruitment events
- Extract and utilize data on effectiveness of current employee programs as well as completing survey submissions to support best practices
- Assist the People & Culture department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities
- Assist with People & Culture initiatives and projects as requested
- Remains up-to-date with current industry trends

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
- Posses excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
- Tech Savvy - Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
