Contract Facilitator, Conflict Resolution

Working within the Business and Productivity Portfolio, contract Facilitators will deliver training courses and programs to external organizations/clients and students, and internal NAIT staff. Instructors are being recruited to teach in the conflict resolution program, AND they must have weekday daytime availability.

**Contract Instruction Deliverables**:

- Provide direct instruction utilizing appropriate instructional strategies to maximize student motivation and learning in a skill-building environment.
- Utilize appropriate education technology for communications and presentations.
- Maintain professional ethical relationships with students and colleagues; respond professionally to student issues and concerns; submit marks/records promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- A related undergraduate degree plus 10 years or more of direct significant experience in the related field OR graduate degree with related experience.
- A conflict resolution certification would be an asset.
- Experienced with the training and facilitation of adult learners in a face-to-face and online environment using a variety of engagement techniques.
- A NAIT Becoming a Master Instructor (BMI) certificate would be a definite asset.
- Skilled in MS Office suite and collaboration tools.
