We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. **Responsibilities**:

- complete monthly bank reconciliations
- investigate and respond to questions from all other staff regarding cash and banking functions
- assist with annual trust audit preparation
- sorting and organizing bank statements
- scanning, sorting, and maintaining electronic records of bank reconciliations and cheque copies
- other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- bank reconciliation experience with high volume, large accounts
- property management industry experiences an asset
- high attention to detail
- superior organizational skills
- enrolment or completion of fundamental accounting course(s) or equivalent business experience
- comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- tech-savvy and proficient skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF Pro
- experience with a computerized accounting system
- solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- self-started and able to work independently
- understanding of general ledger transactions (journal entries, debits, credits) and GL account reconciliations
