Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family, along with Gateway Property Management. Together we are the sixth-largest strata/condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in downtown Vancouver, Delta, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary, and Cambridge.

Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. While we operate in a very traditional industry, we are anything but Our management services team works alongside product, software engineering, and marketing teams to provide tech-enabled service solutions to those living in residential communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- complete monthly bank reconciliations
- investigate and respond to questions from all other staff regarding cash and banking functions
- assist with annual trust audit preparation
- sorting and organizing bank statements
- scanning, sorting, and maintaining electronic records of bank reconciliations and cheque copies
- other duties as required

**Job Requirements**
- bank reconciliation experience with high volume, large accounts
- property management industry experiences an asset
- high attention to detail
- superior organizational skills
- enrolment or completion of fundamental accounting course(s) or equivalent business experience
- comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- tech-savvy and proficient skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF Pro
- experience with a computerized accounting system
- solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- self-started and able to work independently
- understanding of general ledger transactions (journal entries, debits, credits) and GL account reconciliations
