**Summary**:
Our upbeat team at Niradia is seeking an energetic, organized Insurance expert/ Coordinator for our Business Support Services to oversee permits/ licensing, insurance, and other general administrative duties. This position requires attention to detail, and superb organization skills for processing, organizing, tracking, and coordinating large volumes of insurance data and documentation with a relentless focus on internal and external client service.
**About the Job/Responsibilities**:
- Manage and track all areas of insurance for Niradia including general corporate insurance, construction insurance, key man insurance, etc., for operations in Canada and the United States.
- Coordinate with team to gather records, files, and all matters relating to insurance claims.
- Ensure up-to-date invoicing and processing payments for insurance requests
- Act as a liaison/coordinator with insurance brokers for all areas of insurance including coverage, renewal, and/or extensions as required.
- Effectively manage and maintain liquor licenses & reports promptly; ensure no lapse in liquor license and communicate changes to venue managers.
**About You/Requirements**:
- First-class client service skills; 2+ years of experience in insurance handlings, or a combination of education and experience
- Good communication and multi-task skills to manage the ongoing requirements and insurance needs
- Previous Experience in real estate and/or property management insurance sector
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, time, and project management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
