We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an **Administrative Coordinator **in our thriving and high-energy Kamloops administration office, with a flexible working schedule to ensure that important work/life balance.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Performing front desk reception duties, including answering phones, forwarding calls, taking messages, and greeting all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure a professional and presentable appearance
- Managing all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and shipments/packages
- Aiding and supporting all Kamloops Truss departments to ensure premium customer service delivery to our clients
- Assisting with Account Receivables and Account Payables
- Organizing and managing all office supplies
- Performing data entry and electronic file organization

**We are looking for a team member who possesses**:

- Administration, Business, or Accounting certificate or diploma
- Work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative, Accounts Receivables/Payables Assistant, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., PCs, phones, scanners, and printers)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment with strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce quality work with a high level of accuracy, with the capability to problem solve and think critically
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Pride in providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility and solid interpersonal and team skills to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Strong work ethic and dependable punctuality and attendance
- Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
