We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager/Business Development Manager for our Dealership Solutions Division, focused on servicing our member accounts in the Greater Vancouver - Fraser Valley Region. - **Sales Expertise**: With at least 4 years of B2B outside sales experience, you possess a deep understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- **Automotive Industry Experience**: Familiarity with Automotive Dealerships, particularly in Fixed Operations such as Parts, Service, and Detail, is highly desirable.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities are crucial. You'll manage numerous programs and opportunities, utilizing CRM systems and calendars to ensure activities and opportunities are meticulously tracked.
**Role Overview**:
As our Account Manager/Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting, meeting, and presenting programs to Dealerships, focusing on Fixed Operations Managers, Parts Managers, Service Managers, and Detail Managers.
- Cultivating and strengthening relationships between WD Co-Auto and Dealerships throughout your designated territory.
- Managing and growing the accounts of Automotive Dealer Members in BC, leveraging your sales and customer retention expertise.
**Requirements**:
- At least 4 years of B2B Sales Experience, with dealership experience being an asset.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various departments and personalities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and calendar management tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
