**Your Role**

As a Sales Development Representative, the role instantly becomes more fulfilling if you truly believe in the product/service. After learning what Clarius has to offer and witnessing how excited medical professionals are about these offerings, we have no doubt that this cutting-edge technology, in such a sophisticated market as Medical Devices, will ignite your motivation.

You will be responsible for qualifying and converting sales-qualified leads. You will focus on identifying qualifying clinicians, clearly communicating Clarius’ value proposition, uncovering potential opportunities, and ultimately securing introductions/handoffs for the Sales Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have valuable input about how our department scales within the growing organization

Your teammates consist of a group of talented Marketing, Sales and Clinical Specialists, with whom you will drive demand for Clarius Mobile ultrasound products and solutions.

This is a role that requires resourcefulness, creativity, & and a willingness to learn. With the assistance of the latest technology, you will qualify leads, manage inbound lead activity, engage in prospecting and cold calling, lead product demos and contribute to the successful handoffs to the Regional Sales Managers.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Gain the trust of medical professionals and secure their interest in improving patient care by using high-definition ultrasound imaging.
- Host virtual product demonstrations for Healthcare Professionals who are interested in the Clarius product range.
- Commit and show eagerness to learn industry-related terms and deliver unique key propositions to various types of medical professionals.
- Qualify leads based on established buyer personas and target markets to secure introduction calls/meetings for RSMs that generate new sales opportunities.
- Leverage sales technology tools to perform outbound activities, including Outreach, Salesforce, and Dialpad.
- Maintain Company database (CRM) and lead generation activity records with accuracy.

**Your Experience So Far**:

- Minimum 2 years of prospecting and cold calling experience in sales/business development, in fields such as Healthcare IT, Medical Device Sales, or other relevant industries.
- Post-secondary education, University/College degree/diploma within a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
- Strong hunter mindset with B2B consultative selling experience.
- Passion and willingness to build a career in the medical field, and continue to learn and develop your skills via ongoing development.
- Strong selling, customer service, communication, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
- Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Natural curiosity to interface with others and ask questions; not easily intimidated by lack of knowledge or the seniority of the prospect; eager to learn medical terms to gain clinician trust.
- Competitive and motivated; self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals.

- Salary Range: Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 CAD annually + uncapped commission and team bonus. We provide guaranteed commission for the first three months to facilitate a successful onboarding. You can anticipate exceeding $80k On-Target Earnings (OTE) in your first full year with us.
