_**Bilingual Customer Service & Reservation Representative**_

We are a leading pet care service provider committed to delivering exceptional care for pets and outstanding customer service. We offer all services for pet parents and specialized pet store catering to the diverse needs of our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Spectacular Customer Service: Provide excellent and friendly customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls, take orders for pet care services, and assist customers with reservations for grooming, pet sitting, and other services.
3. Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders for our pet store, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
4. Reservation Management: Coordinate and schedule pet care services based on customer needs and matching the Angel, utilizing our reservation system.
5. Product Knowledge and Sales: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the products and services offered and recommending to pet parents.
6. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and find effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
1. Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
2. Previous experience in customer service & attention to detail
3. Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet care.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and reservations.

**Salary**: $17.00 - 21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per weekPlease note that fluency in English & French, strong time management skills, phone etiquette, and customer service experience are essential for this role.
