We're hiring an **Tax Administrative Support** to help support our clients in a fully remote position.

We don't micromanage so you should be motivated to deliver quality results to your clients. And you should be comfortable with modern communication and task-management tools so that we can all collaborate effectively.

**Main responsibilities**:
Communicate with government regarding assessments and requests

Facilitate communication between the firm and its clients

Support staff with filing and other administrative tasks

Coordinate and schedule client meetings and appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed

Develop and maintain electronic filing systems for financial and client documents.

**Qualifications**:
⭐2+ years of experience in related field, preferably at an accounting firm

⭐ Knowledge of GST/QST, DAS remittances and other

⭐ Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online is ant asset

⭐ Familiarity with CaseWare and Taxprep is a plus

⭐ Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

⭐ Comfortable working remotely and using remote collaboration tools

⭐ Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French
