At Exploitation Education Institute (ExEd), we’re a tight-knit team dedicated to making a big difference. We focus on preventing sexual exploitation and human trafficking through education and advocacy. Our school prevention programs reach tens of thousands across the province and are supported by the Ministry of Education. We love to create innovative and creative approaches to preventing all forms of child and youth sexual exploitation.

**About the Job**:
We’re seeking an organized and creative Executive Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. You’ll handle communications, manage schedules, create engaging materials, and assist with various tasks that keep us running smoothly. You’ll be a key player in our growing organization, working closely with upper management. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle bookings for services and schedule appointments across multiple calendars.
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., invoicing, customer inquiries).
- Design and create flyers for presentations using Canva.
- Write and edit blog posts to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.
- Assist upper management with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide support on special projects and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- You have an understanding of the issues surrounding sexual exploitation.
- You’ve got experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Organization is your superpower, and you’re a master at juggling multiple tasks.
- Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are top-notch.
- You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Constant Contact, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Most importantly, you’re someone who’s excited about making a difference and working in a purpose-driven environment.
