With hospitals in Listowel, Mount Forest, and Drayton, we are happy to be recruiting for all locations. We are seeking an individual for either part-time or full-time hours. We are a busy mixed-animal practice passionate about enhancing the lives of animals and their people. The Client Care Representative/Animal Care Assistant position is utilized in many aspects of the hospital. Greeting clients and completing duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, triaging patients, checking clients in and out of the hospital, assisting the veterinarian and technician with appointments and surgical procedures, hospital cleaning, and more. Weekdays and a Saturday rotation are required to fulfill the position. Heartland Animal Hospital believes in a work-life balance and mentorship. We are happy to offer a uniform allowance, HCSA, paid professional development days, and a personal pet program.
