**Automotive Service Advisor NO WEEKENDS HUGE OPPORTUNITY**

**Surgenor Ottawa Chevrolet-Buick-GMC-Cadillac** is a progressive store offering a great career opportunity as a **Full-time Service Advisor**.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing superior customer service throughout the service process
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Handling customer concerns and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Working with our team to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bilingualism is an asset
- The ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members alike through excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- A ‘people person’ with an outgoing personality who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction while meeting personal goals
- Experience with ADP or Reynolds system is an asset but is NOT essential, as training is available
- A valid driver’s license
