Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow your career in the automotive industry.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Bilingualism is an asset
- The ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers and team members alike through excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- A ‘people person’ with an outgoing personality who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction while meeting personal goals
- Experience with ADP or Reynolds system is an asset but is NOT essential, as training is available
- A valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
