**Détails du poste**
- Rapportant au Vice-président Produits, Tarification, Réassurance et Information Commerciale, les responsabilités générales de ce rôle comprennent, sans toutefois s’y limiter, les suivantes:
- Diriger et superviser une fonction qui crée des outils analytiques supérieurs pour les informations et les capacités de prévision
- Générer des informations pour générer des opportunités d’affaires importantes pour les différentes parties prenantes internes
- Développer des analyses approfondies et complexes pour comprendre de manière proactive les tendances émergentes et prendre des décisions stratégiques
- Élaborer un plan de revenus annuel et des perspectives à moyen terme pour les différents secteurs d’activité
- Produire des rapports récurrents de métriques clés - soumissions, taux de fermeture, rétention, ventes, primes souscrites, réclamations, sévérité,, afin de monitorer les résultats d'affaires
- Élaborer des cibles opérationnelles pour certains intervenants
- Supporter les "Journeys NEW"
- Responsable de la production de rapports réglementaires aux divers organismes de statistique, aux associations industrielles et aux gouvernements.
- Élaborer des rapports et des analyses prototypes ponctuels et manuels pour tous les secteurs d’activité

- Renforce systématiquement le soutien à plusieurs niveaux et entre les groupes et cherche continuellement à établir des partenariats continus avec les principaux intervenants.

**Gérer**
- Le leadership des personnes est essentiel à cette fonction, à la fois la capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe à travers la banque / assurance avec de multiples parties prenantes et d’influencer et d’aligner les autres.
- Communique l’orientation à long terme et travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe sur la façon de l’atteindre.
- Identifie des moyens de mesurer et de tenir les gens responsables des résultats, en fournissant de la clarté et en décrivant, à l’avance, les ramifications de ne pas atteindre les objectifs énoncés.
- Délègue les objectifs stratégiques à l’équipe avec une intention claire et explicite ; connaît le niveau précis de défi et la façon dont les membres individuels de l’équipe le géreront.
- Met en place des forums ou des pratiques pour renforcer la communication indépendante et ouverte entre les membres de l’équipe.
