Maserati and Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg is quickly growing and therefore is seeking to fill the position of a Sales Manager

**Job description**
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the sales department, including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasing, and inventory.
- Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
- Establish trust among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospects.
- Lead the negotiation process insuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
- Motivates counsels, and monitors the performance of the Sales employees.
- Participate in weekly Sales Meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Automotive Dealer Sales Management experience
- Buying/Selling experience in Canada and U.S.A.
- Exporting experience is an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Must have strong management skills, the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Excellent leadership skills
- Maintain a valid Drivers Licence
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Monday-Friday schedule plus weekend availability
