Description
Whether you are a recent college graduate looking to commence your business-marketing career or have experience in the field of customer service, sales, or marketing, McCabe is interested in hearing more about you and your unique skill set. We're looking for the perfect person to join us as a Client Relationship Coordinator.
Working alongside our Account Executives, Marketing Specialists, Graphic Designers, and E-commerce Specialists, you will have an opportunity to learn, succeed and grow. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from sales representatives by utilizing the organization’s internal systems and customer purchase orders;
- Liaise with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products and order processes, or to obtain details of complaints;
- Work with the sales team on product ideas, concepts and project management;
- Assist with idea generation and preparation of client presentations;
- Ensure and provide quality service to customers and suppliers;
- Responsible for actively ensuring the retention of the organization's customer base and building rapport with existing and new customers;
- Participate and provide expertise as a member of both the Administration team and the Sales team. The team’s objectives are to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the organization as a whole;
- Stay informed about product and service information updates;
