**LOCATION**: Remote - US or Ca.If in Canada, **preference given to Greater Toronto Area.**

**Due to the continued growth within the USA and Canada Region of the International Schools Partnership (ISP) we are looking for inspiring individuals who want to join us on this journey and become part of our Regional Finance team.**

**Purpose of Role**

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Regional Financial Analyst** **(RFA)** to join our ISP US & Canada regional finance team. Under the direction of the Head of FP&A, US & CA, the financial analyst will support the regional FP&A function with various aspects of our finance and reporting processes, operations analysis, and drive delivery of process improvement initiatives.

The RFA will be either an experienced finance professional with exposure to various financial exercises such as budgeting and forecasting, and monthly operational analysis, or a fresh graduate with a strong academic record in finance and accounting, and a proven ability to learn new concepts.

The RFA displays a strong sense of ownership and is fully committed to ensuring accuracy of financial data and providing finance support to the regional finance team. In addition, this individual is team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

**Regular travel is required throughout the US and Canada region up to 15%.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**FP&A**:

- Collection and reporting of KPI data into designated system/software.
- Analyze company P&Ls on a monthly basis.
- Contribute to the various budgeting & forecasting exercises throughout the year.
- Liaise with schools to ensure completion and accuracy of reporting during various cycles.
- Assist Head of FP&A and Regional Finance Director with ad-hoc projects and report updates.
- Creation of excel models.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Procurement Initiative**:

- Assist with data collection and follow-up on calculations.
- Provide support in driving actions with schools such as - data gathering and investigating.
- Liaise with school finance and facilities team to gather updates on ongoing projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Systems Transition**:

- Assist schools and our central systems team in rollout of systems rollouts and data management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Experience and Requirements**
- 0-3 years of finance & accounting experience at fast-paced and/or complex company or recent graduate with a strong academic & internship track record.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance and/or Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good understanding of corporate accounting concepts, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Solid grasp of financial concepts such budgeting and forecasting.
- Demonstrated history of solving multiple complex operational and financial challenges.
- Ability to analyze, summarize and articulate financial information appropriately based on audience.

- Excellent Skills in MS Office, especially Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to learn and operate computerized accounting programs.

- Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving skills.
