**About the Opportunity**:
The Secretary F is accountable and responsible for providing administrative support, coordination, and organization with mínimal supervision/direction to managers, supervisors, physicians, and various professionals. The Secretary F is responsible for the efficient operation and prioritization of multiple responsibilities, to meet the requirements of the Nova Scotia Health Provincial Trauma Program while maintaining a high level of professionalism, excellent attention to detail, utilizing initiative, judgment, and knowledge in a highly confidential setting, and dedication to high-level research, quality improvement (Q.I.), and education initiatives.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus completion of a one-year post-secondary secretarial or related program
- Minimum 3 years of providing administrative support and office coordination, preferably within healthcare.
- Must have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required
- Requires office management skills
- Proficiency in, but not limited to, Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams etc.), Time Capture, SharePoint, SAP, Zoom for Healthcare, etc.
- 45 to 55 WPM with accuracy
- Above average coordination, organization, and decision-making skills

**Hours**:

- Permanent, Full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly
- Shifts include days, nights and weekends (or other specific hours of shifts)

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$28.24 - $31.15 Hourly
