**Role Overview**:
The Social Media & Content Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing and building Asobu’s social media presence across key platforms, with a focus on **Instagram** and **TikTok**. This role requires a highly creative, culturally aware individual who knows how to create buzz, drive engagement, and keep their finger on the pulse of trends. You’ll play a crucial role in building our brand voice, engaging with our community, and managing campaigns that align with Asobu’s values and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Run Asobu’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, with a focus on driving engagement, increasing followers, and growing brand presence.
- **Content Creation**:
Create high-quality, engaging content that reflects Asobu’s brand voice, including short-form video, graphics, and social media posts. Collaborate with our design team for visual assets as needed. Must be comfortable appearing in content.
- **Campaign Management**:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.Stay on top of pop culture, social media trends, and viral moments to create timely, relevant content. Bring fresh ideas and proactive suggestions to keep our brand aligned with what’s happening in our audience’s world.Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our brand.Track social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and grow our online community.**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media management, specifically with Instagram and TikTok. Proven experience running successful campaigns and creating high-engagement content.
- **Creativity & Pop Culture Knowledge**:
A deep understanding of pop culture, trends, and viral content creation. Ability to quickly adapt to trends and find ways to incorporate them into Asobu’s brand.
- **Content Creation Skills**:
Strong experience with video and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, or similar). Proficiency in creating short-form video content, especially for TikTok.Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Meta Buisness Suite or Google Analytics). Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high proficiency in English. Ability to write engaging copy that aligns with Asobu’s friendly, playful tone.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.**What We Offer**:
