**Role Overview**:
The Social Media & Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing and growing Asobu’s social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation. You’ll be tasked with creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, identifying our audience, monitoring performance, and assisting in various marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:Manage Asobu’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals.
- **Content Creation**:Create high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different platforms. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling assets.
- **Trend Analysis**:Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for Asobu to engage with new trends and communities.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
- **Community Engagement**:Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews to build and maintain a strong community presence.
- **Campaign Support**:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, photo & video shoots, and ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- **Content Asset Management**:Organize and manage a library of digital content assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Experience with paid ads on Meta, Google and Tiktok
- Excellent writing skills with an ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) and basic video editing.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of trends.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
