**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales processes, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication with clients. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the install teams in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate sales-related activities and events
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide customer quotes and follow up as needed
- Utilize Next Cloud to track sales activities and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with owner to drive lead generation efforts
- Work with the builder community to ensure we are maximizing our opportunities and developing meaningful relationships
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales coordination or related roles
- Strong proficiency in English required
- Knowledge of technology sales processes and tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients
- Experience in business development is advantageous

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
