**About the Role**:
This role involves supporting our sales reps to grow and achieve our sales objectives. You will work closely with our sales team to drive the growth and success of Sterling. You will also be collaborating with all departments to respond to our customers. We're a family business with big goals, where everybody is involved and teamwork is key to execution. There is no place for bureaucracy and egos.

What you will do:

- Sales support & customer service duties
- Face to Face discussion with customers
- Creating Quotations and Project Costings & Estimates in QuickBooks
- Preparation of Order & Verification of inventory for scheduling
- Co-ordination with Sales Reps to design and present layouts to address customers objectives

Your Experience:

- Certificates in business admin or accounting or equivalent real world experience. Related degree an asset.
- Strong Excel skills
- Have worked in a customer facing role in the past
- Experience with CAD and automotive mechanical/electrical is an asset
