Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at AMJ AUTO SALES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
