Sales Team Lead

Oberoi's Exclusive Sales Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are accurately tracked.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
