**Location: Mississauga, Ontario**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.

**2. Segment and Target Audience**:

- Analyze customer data to segment and target audiences effectively.

**3. Lead Nurturing**:

- Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

**4. Collaborate on Content Creation**:

- Ensure alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.

**5. B2B and B2C Demand Generation**:

- Implement demand generation strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand target personas and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Grow the Database size and ensure the data quality is maintained

**6. Analyze and Report**:

- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $44,574.33-$60,000.00 per year
