This position will assist in the development and execution of go-to market strategies for Ricoh Digital Services in both Canadian and US markets. The Marketing Solutions Specialist will work in conjunction with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, MARCOM, and Demand Generation teams to support a collaborative approach engaging all stakeholders in the execution of assignments using a skill set that includes effective communication; project management; competitive and customer profiling; competitive research; data collection and analysis; and demand generation design and deployment (programs, tools and collateral).

The Specialist will be provided with challenging experiences that will enable them to work alongside experienced marketers and contribute significantly to Ricoh’s in-market campaigns.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supports the Brand, Digital & Communications Team to drive market demand for Ricoh Digital Services by helping to execute on a developed and approved go-to market strategy.
  • Provides project management support for demand generation and campaign reporting
  • Collects customer and competitive intelligence for key stakeholders
  • Supports web platform and social media content creation with SEO support and traffic analysis
  • Data cleansing, organization, and presentment to generate insights
  • Proactively works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business units to develop sales enablement tools and resources, and communications that create demand and drive sales
  • Collaborates with all Stakeholders (cross-functionally) to design and implement required plans and processes to execute marketing activities
  • Provides Marketing Support for Sales Channels as required
  • Provide on-site support for various marketing, sales and corporate events
  • Assists with other marketing activities and assuming additional responsibilities as required
Education and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited learning institution in pursuit of a business-related degree. Specialization in marketing, commerce, strategy and/or entrepreneurship is preferred
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and great work ethic;
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion under own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing issues and challenges, while promoting open communication, teamwork and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
