**Job Description**:
We are looking for a motivated, proactive individual to drive the overall relationship with clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Customer Success Manager will identify opportunities in the market and strengthen strategic relationships to drive customer acquisition in the US.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to superb interpersonal and communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Research, support, and attend industry events and webinars
- Provide qualified prospects with product demonstrations and presentations
- Prepare the client contract proposal and assist in closing the sales process
- Follow up and manage all qualified leads and partners through a structured sale cycle and document this through our CRM
- Own and lead the onboarding and training process for news clients to ensure seamless implementation and long-term, successful solution adoption
- Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, building trust and rapport while identifying customer needs, detecting areas of opportunity, and documenting learnings
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development to maximize client retention and growth through the customer journey
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years of in a customer success, sales, or customer facing role
- Bachelor's degree with a strong grasp of technology
- Outstanding, bilingual oral and written communication skills
- Fast learner, empathetic, technology lover, great sense of humour, and energetic individual
