Would you like to be part of a team, installing award-winning landscapes and outdoor living spaces? Are you passionate about Landscape Horticulture and Construction?

As a member of the Landscape Construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of Landscape Construction and Renovation projects. Together, with a team of hard-working, passionate individuals you will be supported by an experienced Foreperson to train and develop your skills. You also will have the opportunity to become an apprentice and to get Red Seal certified in Landscape Horticulture.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the Landscape Construction Foreperson in managing safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/ or shop/yard
- Landscape Installations and Renovations
- Hardscape, Softscape, Irrigation, Lighting, Carpentry, Synthetic Turf, Snow and Ice Management
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, cut off saws, tampers, jackhammers, excavators, skid steers, track loaders and power tools
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscape installation environments, shop and equipment
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Comply with all company policies and regulations

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in landscape construction
- Landscape knowledge and experience in Construction
- Competent in the use of power tools (cut-off saws, tampers, jackhammers, power equipment, blowers etc.)
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various Landscape Construction
- Physically fit with strong stamina and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to follow safe and working procedures
- Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English
- Valid drivers license required
- Ability to get to head office or site is required (car pooling or pickups is not a responsibility of the company)

**Salary information: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour **(Wage is dependent on experience)

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
