**Position Profile**:
As Distribution Sales Representative your responsible for maximizing and growing revenue and profits within his/her assigned geography by expanding opportunities in existing customers and acquiring new business. The key responsibility of a Distribution Sales Representative is to conduct business in a way that creates a superior customer experience that endears clients to Deco-Tile products and make effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Your primary responsibility will be to outfit dealers with our floor and wall coverings to named accounts.
- Establish and achieve quarterly sales goals
- Prepare and execute sales strategy including prospecting new business while maximizing the potential on existing clients.
- Set territory goals and develop action plans to meet growth objectives
- Protect existing business and seek opportunities to grow the territory using innovative sales and marketing techniques
- Negotiate pricing effectively while balancing a variety of conflicting interests
- Introduce new products and detail existing products with confidence
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction
- Complete sales reports in a timely manner and respond quickly to head office requests
- Maintain sample inventory in good condition and track its movement accurately
- Educate oneself on material pertaining to the position, products, and industry
- Responsible for analyzing client needs, identifying products needed for accounts as well as doing proposals, product presentations..
- You will be required to achieve your quota by consistently preforming the required activities to build a robust clientele of qualifies projects.

**Qualifications**:
Successful previous experience with Business to Business Sales Representative in related industry.

Integrity and able to work independently and able to communicate clearly with clients

College or University degree and asset

Three years or more of business to business outside sales

Valid Driver's license with clean record

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe an asset

Must be willing to travel within the set territory of Ontario

Must be able to lift 55-75 lbs. products to clients offices

**Salary**: From $47,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
