Office Manager/assistant

Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate orders
- Support budgeting processes and financial record-keeping using QuickBooks
- Supervise office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage payroll tasks efficiently
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management
- Strong clerical skills for office organization
- Proficiency in excel
