This role is **a temporary contract position based in Saint John NB that will run for approx. 12-16 weeks **supporting our current team of experts and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and Maintain Document Control Systems: This includes creating file naming conventions, organizing document repositories, and maintaining revision control.
- Document Distribution and Tracking: Oversee the distribution of documents to appropriate personnel, departments, and customers. Track and monitor document distribution, ensuring timely delivery, acknowledgment, and retention of documents.
- Document Creation and Revision: Work with Quality Team and Planners to create turnover packages and field installation work packages. Maintain and distribute hard copy packages. Ensure revised documents are received and hard copy packages updated.

**Duties can include**:

- Building and maintaining turnover packages and field installation work packages.
- Scanning final turnover packages.
- Maintaining control of turnover and field installation work packages.
- Transmitting documents for approval to customer.
- Receiving documents from the customer.
- Updating weld maps, weld logs and other tracking systems as required.
- Monitor and maintain operating supplies for photocopier equipment (ex. Toner, paper, etc.) and fill/replace as required and ensure adequate stationary supplies on hand.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role on an industrial site.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in use of computer systems, Microsoft suite and Adobe or Bluebeam.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & respect/meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate and maintain good relationships with key site staff.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and work ethic.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 weeks

**Salary**: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
