**Job Description**:

- Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
- Accumulates and compiles accurate cost management data to prepare the project budget and update the progress of the project
- Develops cost control/scheduling procedures, execution plan, and business plan for a project
- Participates in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings
- Participates in Project Kickoff and ongoing status meetings
- In conjunction with Project Management, develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and Construction
- Develops and maintains Management, Project and Control level schedules
- Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action
- Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports
- Provides meaningful, accurate historical data
- Other duties as assigned.
