Torcan Lift Equipment is seeking to hire a full time, permanent service coordinator. Our team is looking for a driven, independent, and knowledgeable individual who is ready to grow and excel in their career

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Strong experience with customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Personal and professional integrity
- Flexible of approach to problem solving

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates and organizes information on work orders from mechanics.
- Handles warranty and bulletin recalls.
- Coordinates the creation of work order for customer machines
- Handles service calls to meet customer needs and assure that equipment is serviced as required.
- Prepares maintenance schedules for internal fleet as well as customer units.
- Filing of completed documents.
- Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.
