**Job description**

Seamless Care Pharmacy is the leading specialty pharmacy service provider driven by a passion for innovation and quality for clinical best practices. We are looking to add a position for a Community Liaison to our growing team of staff. Reporting to the Community Liaison Team Lead and the Pharmacy Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering telephone calls and resolving requests made by customers, while maintaining high quality of customer service.
- Maintaining all necessary medical documentation required by the Ministry.
- Work with a team of Pharmacy Assistants, Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in collaboration with other teams to ensure clients receive a safe and effective medication management system.
- Organizing the transition of new homes/organizations to the pharmacy and explaining our pharmacy services and how they work.
- Promote a positive company image by ensuring that appropriate and specified standards are maintained in all operating procedures.
- Driving out for meetings/urgent deliveries if required.

**Required Experience**
- Ability to forge partnerships with the customers and caregivers we serve.
- Problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Safe and reliable driving skills - G-license.
- Experience giving presentations is an asset.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift: 11am - 7pm

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
