**Job Title**

Trade Support Analyst, CMIG
- The incumbent will be trained and rotate through several desks within the team as a secondary floater to ensure coverage and cross training occurs including;
- Daily support to the Mortgage trading business, approve assigned service providers’ files uploaded from shared drive into the Mortgage Hub (mHUB) system
- As part of NHA program, coordinate the CMHC form handling and loan securitization process to ensure securitization process is completed in a timely manner
- Promptly resolve issues related to Mortgage daily settlements.
- The incumbent is also responsible to review daily/monthly cash, position in production and reconciliations investigation results performed by CMRG and ensure all discrepancies for positions and cash in various processing systems (e.g. Infinity/Murex, RIMMS, Anvil, OPICS, SLIM and General Ledger systems) are investigated with proper resolution, to prepare respective SLIM/eGL accounting entries for all FIDO and CT/MM Infinity/Murex book-runners when necessary, to monitor the daily suspense account posted to the responsible transits and to complete GL accounts attestation.
- Ensure desk procedures, controls and best practices are current and well documented. As required, participate in user acceptance testing for new products and system improvements.

**Must-have**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (BBA / BComm / BMath / BSc) with 2 years experiences in financial industry
- Knowledge of derivatives, repo and the mortgage securitization process
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail; ability to learn quickly and problem solve.
- Work effectively and reliably under pressure with mínimal supervision; team player.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Solid PC (Microsoft Excel, Word) and analytical skills

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience/working knowledge of Mortgages/MBS & derivatives products and processing procedures
- Good working knowledge of various Systems: MHUB, Slim, People Soft, Infinity/Murex, OBI, IRIS etc.
- French speaking
