**The Opportunity (Toronto - Hybrid)**

As the first-ever Commissions Analyst at Carbon6, your primary role will be in our Revenue Operations team, focusing on the accurate and timely calculation and disbursement of commissions and bonuses. You'll be the linchpin between sales, finance, and operations, ensuring that everyone is not just calculated but actually paid their due commissions. **Your Impact**:

- ** Commission Calculation**: Your primary responsibility is the accurate and timely calculation of commissions and bonuses for internal and external stakeholders.
- ** Payment Facilitation**: Work closely with the finance team to ensure that calculated commissions are disbursed without delay.
- ** Data Analysis**: Analyze commission data to ensure accuracy and provide insights for policy adjustments.
- ** Reporting**: Keep all stakeholders in the loop with regular, clear, and concise reports on commission payouts and team performance.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:Serve as the liaison between sales, finance, and operations for all commission-related matters.
- ** Policy Advising**:While not the core focus, you will at times get a chance to advise on evolutions to our commission policies.
- Helping our team: Address and resolve any queries or issues related to commissions in a timely manner.

**Your Qualifications**:

- ** Proven Experience**:You have a track record of success in a similar role within revenue operations or as an analyst.
- ** Excel Wizard**:You're adept at Excel, capable of handling complex calculations and large data sets. You can quickly build workbooks that can scale and are built robustly and intuitively enough to be used by others.
- ** Excellent Communication**: You can break down complex concepts into understandable terms. You are gifted in both speaking and listening, leading to a more transparent and effective communication process.
- ** Organizational Skills**:Your organizational prowess enables you to manage multiple projects and priorities with ease. No detail escapes you. You are committed to precision, maintaining a clear and ordered workflow, ensuring nothing gets missed.
- ** Prioritization & Time Management**: You're adept at juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and managing your time effectively. You don’t need guidance on structuring your day and you can effectively assess and shuffle priorities on the fly. You can juggle anything and you have devised ways of keeping yourself organized and on pace without losing track of any of the details.
- ** Ability to Learn Quickly**: Adapt swiftly to new tools, technologies, and business processes. You absorb information like a sponge, putting newfound knowledge into action with lightning speed.
