**Law Clerk - Municipal, Land Use Planning and Development Career Opportunity**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Law Clerk diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Decisiveness and ability to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction/supervision
- Tribunal experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Teraview experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel / Word / Outlook)
- Previous administrative experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working with municipal matters, in the development field, in a planning firm environment or a municipal or real estate focused law practice._

**DUTIES**:

- Scheduling meetings and maintaining lawyers’ calendars
- Prepare and draft correspondence
- Assistance with court documents, including pleading and motion materials
- Attend to court filings
- Organization and maintenance of lawyer files
- Opening and closing files
- Prepare monthly pre-bills
- Other administrative support as required
