_Responsibilities will include:_
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts;
- Detailed proof-reading of various documents;
- Helping firm lawyers prepare for meetings;
- Preparing reporting letters and accounts to clients;
- Communicating with clients electronically and in person and arranging appointments;
- Managing client files;
- Maintaining and updating precedents;
- Other duties as required.
- Knowledge, Experience and Skills required:_
- Some post-secondary education in a relevant field; law clerk or legal administration preferred;
- Experience in wills and estates will be considered an asset;
- Strong written and spoken English;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Can adapt to new software and other electronic platforms;
- Strong typing skills;
- Good work ethic;
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with respect to proof-reading;
- Personable, reliable and discrete when working with clients;
- Ability to follow instruction and to work well within a small team;
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and benefits are available after satisfactory completion of the applicable probation period.

**Sanguinetti + associates** is a small law firm providing knowledgeable and friendly service to a diverse clientele of individuals, families and small to medium sized businesses. We are seeking a law clerk to work within our small team environment.
