**Mission of the Role**
Keeps AP up-to-date.
**Functional Accountabilities**
- AP Processing: Number of AP invoices waiting to be processed < 50 daily
- AP Forecasting: Predicts value of unposted AP to within 10%
- Vendor Support: Reconciles and responds to vendor statements and requests within 24 hours or less
- ERP Accuracy: Ensures accuracy of ERP system with respect to payables and non-payroll expenses
- Document Management: Ensures supporting documentation is filed in a timely and accurate manner
- Back Up: Provides back-up support to other functions on the Admin Team (AR, Shipping, Office Management, etc.)
